Changed workflows

Mobile header navigation now uses the hamburger menu consistently across the theme, including custom page templates that previously missed the shared site header.
The dashboard now has a new top-level League workspace.
League starts with an Entry Lists subtab that shows upcoming race entry lists for the leagues you can access.
Entry lists show chartered cars only and include Car, Driver, Organization, Manufacturer, and Primary Sponsor.
If a chartered car does not have a driver assignment or accepted primary sponsor for that race, the row still appears and those fields are left blank.
The contract builder now defaults new contract offers to end on December 31 of the current year instead of defaulting to the current day.

Dashboard navigation documentation now includes the new top-level League workspace.
Added a dedicated League Workspace guide covering the current Entry Lists tab and how the workspace will expand as new league subtabs are introduced.
Updated dashboard navigation references to clarify that mobile users access the top-level workspaces through the hamburger menu.
