- You know the organization name you want to use.
- You know whether you are creating it just for yourself or for multiple team members.

Creating Your Organization
- On the
Driver Dashboard, selectOwnership Application. - Fill out the information on the application and select Submit
- Await a notification on the page header (bell icon) notifying you that your organization has been created.
Auto-Acceptance
For the initial 2026 trial-season, organizations will be Auto-Accepted. Please reach out via a Support Ticket in the Discord Server if your organization is not auto accepted.
Purchasing Your First Car
After creating your organization, the next step will be to purchase your first car. Without a car, your organization cannot partiticipate in races.
- Navigate to
Carsin the Organization Dashboard. - In
Purchase New Carblock, select your Series, Car Number, and Car Type (chartered will be the only option for now) and click Purchase Car. - This will transfer an initial car investment into your new car account and open up the opporunity for you to assign drivers to races.
Your next step is to get a driver under contract.
Signing Your First Driver
Cars and drivers exist separately within this system. Drivers must be signed to a driver contract and then assigned to specific races in a specific car. To negotiate your first contract and sign your first driver, follow the process below:
- Navigate to
Contractsin the Organization Dashboard. - Click on the
Contract Builderblock to open it. - Contract negotiations are extremely in-depth. Before offering a contract, it is recommended that you review the deep dive on the contract system.
- Once you have an understanding of the system, proceed with offering a contract to yourself or another driver you are negotiating to drive for you using the contract builder.
- If you offered a contract to yourself, the notification to accept the contract will appear at the bell icon at the top of the header of the page. Clicking that will take you to the mailbox to accept the contract.
- If you offered a contract to another driver, you will need to wait for them to accept your contract offer before moving on to the next step.
- After the contract has been accepted, both the driver and the organization can inspect those contracts on their respective contracts page.
Now that you have a driver signed, you can now assign your driver to your car for the upcoming races.
Assigning Your Driver(s)
Once you have a car and a driver under contract, that driver can then be assigned to upcoming races. The race assignment is what pulls all other systems together. It allows you to receive sponsorship offers, uses the races on the contract, and allows you to plan which drivers will be in which car for the rest of the season (mainly useful in part-time rides, etc).
- Navigate to the
Carstab on the Organization Dashboard. - At the top of the page you will see your organization's cars - click Manage Race Assignments on the car you would like to assign.
- Select the driver you would like to assign to the car in the dropdown list.
- If this driver will be racing in all races in this car, press the
Select All Open- this should auto select all open races - and press Save Assignment.
Now that you have a driver assingned to your car - that car is much more likely to get sponsorship offers at the next offer generation trigger.
Your First Sponsors
After the next sponsorship trigger (typically 12:00 PM every day for this test season) check your Sponorship tab on the Organization Dashboard for sponsorship offers.
- Select a race that has offers by click on the race name in the table.
- Click on the sponsor offer that you would like to review - primary, secondary, or tertiary.
- At the bottom, a table will display with the various sponsor offers with a base payout and bonuses. Review the sponsorship offer and accept the offer you think is best.
- Repeat this process with each sponsor tier (primary, secondary, and tertiary) and for each race.
When you complete a race with your sponsor, you will gain relationship with them that will help affect later offers with that company. For a full overview of the sponsorship system, visit the Sponsorship Engine page.
Common issues
I can't see my Organization dashboard!
Verify you submitted your Ownership Application. See if you received a notification stating that your organization was created. If you cannot submit a new application, and you have not received a notification that your organization is prepared, please open as Support Ticket in the Discord Server in #support.
I don't see any cars to assign my drivers to!
Make sure you purchased a car to assign your driver contracts to. If you do not have any cars, you cannot participate in races or assign drivers. Please refer to the Purchasing Your First Car section above.
I expected cars or finances to appear automatically
Organization creation gives you the team container. It does not fully set up race entries, contracts, sponsorships, or finances by itself. Following the guide above will get you to a race ready state!
