League Workspace Overview

The League workspace is a league-level view inside the dashboard.

It is different from the Driver and Organization workspaces.

Those workspaces are about your personal profile or your team operations.

The League workspace is for shared league-wide information that multiple users may need to review.

Right now, the first league feature is Entry Lists.

More league tabs may be added over time, but they will live under this same top-level League workspace.

Where to Find It

Use the top navigation in the dashboard and select League.

If you only have access to one league, that league will load directly.

If you can access more than one league, use the league selector to switch between them.

Who Can See It

You can see the League workspace if the system can connect you to a league through either:

  • your driver profile
  • an organization membership with an active car in that league

If you do not have league access, the workspace will not show useful race data.

What Entry Lists Shows

Inside League, the default subtab is Entry Lists.

This view shows upcoming races from active seasons in the selected league.

Each upcoming race gets its own entry list table.

The table is built from active chartered cars in that race's series.

Entry List Columns

Each row can show:

  • Car
  • Driver
  • Organization
  • Manufacturer
  • Primary Sponsor

These fields are resolved from the current event context whenever possible.

That means the system prefers the event-specific race assignment first, then falls back to the broader team assignment when needed.

Blank Fields Are Normal

Not every chartered car will have every field filled in yet.

If a car does not currently have:

  • a driver assigned for that race
  • an accepted primary sponsor for that race

the row still appears.

Those fields are intentionally left blank so the entry list still reflects the full charter field.

What Entry Lists Is Good For

Use League > Entry Lists when you need to:

  • review the expected field for an upcoming race
  • verify which chartered cars are currently accounted for
  • confirm organization and manufacturer alignment
  • quickly identify cars that still need a driver or sponsor locked in

It is a read-only league view.

It is not where assignments, contracts, or sponsorship acceptances are made.

Those actions still happen in the Organization workspace and related systems.

Mobile Navigation Note

On mobile, the top dashboard navigation is accessed through the hamburger menu.

That means you may need to open the menu first before you can switch into League.

Future Expansion

Entry Lists is the first league subtab, not the final shape of the workspace.

As more league-level tools are added, they will appear as additional subtabs under League.
